Refund & Return Policy

At HiTech4U, we strive to provide genuine and reliable digital products. Due to the nature of digital goods (software activation keys), refunds and replacements are only granted under specific conditions to protect both the customer and our store.

1. Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

Refund or replacement requests are accepted only in the following cases:

A. Invalid or Non-Working Key

You may request a refund or replacement if:

  • The activation key provided is not accepted on the official activation platform of the software.

  • An error message indicates that the key is already used, expired, or invalid.

Conditions:

  • The request must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

  • A clear screenshot showing the activation error message must be provided.


B. Wrong Product Received

If the activation key delivered does not match the product that was purchased and paid for.

Conditions:

  • The request must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.

  • The customer must provide the order number or order details.


C. Key Not Received

If you did not receive the email containing the activation key after completing payment.

Steps:

  • Please check your Spam / Junk folder first.

  • If the email is not found within 1 hour after payment, contact our support team.


2. Non-Eligible Cases for Refund

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • The activation key has already been activated or used on any device or account.

  • The product was purchased by mistake by the customer (for example choosing the wrong version).

  • The refund request was submitted after the allowed time period.

  • No valid proof or evidence of the issue was provided.


3. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests if there is evidence of misuse of this policy, including but not limited to:

  • Repeated refund requests from the same account or payment method.

  • Evidence that the key has been activated or shared before the request.

  • Providing false information or manipulated screenshots.

In such cases, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently block the account and restrict future purchases.
