At HiTech4U, we specialize in delivering digital products quickly and securely. Since all our products are digital activation keys, no physical shipping is required.

1. Delivery Method

All products purchased from HiTech4U are delivered digitally via email.

After completing your payment successfully, the activation key and product details will be sent to the email address used during checkout.


2. Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered instantly after payment confirmation.

However, in some cases delivery may take up to:

  • 5 – 30 minutes for automatic processing.

  • Up to 1 hour during high demand or verification processes.


3. If You Did Not Receive Your Key

If you do not receive the email containing your activation key, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your Spam / Junk folder.

  2. Verify that the email address entered during checkout is correct.

  3. Wait up to 1 hour after payment confirmation.

If you still cannot find your order, please contact our support team with your order number and payment confirmation.


4. Order Processing & Verification

For security reasons, some orders may require manual verification to prevent fraud.

During this process:

  • Delivery may take slightly longer.

  • Our support team may contact you for additional confirmation.


5. Incorrect Email Address

HiTech4U is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect email address entered during checkout.

  • Email restrictions or spam filters on the customer’s email provider.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their email information is accurate before completing the purchase.
